The purpose of the Family to Family programme is to help meet the physical and emotional needs of families, through the support and involvement of donors. Assistance is provided to families residing within identified communities within the MWB field countries. This programme is designed to help meet immediate needs, such as health and nutrition, as well as to help build capacity for self-sufficiency.

The goal of the Family to Family project is to help the poorest of families within identified communities survive, and assist them as they strive for long term self-sufficiency. This is an excellent opportunity to help families spiritually, emotionally, and materially. We want to help communities to overcome the difficult situations in which they live. In an effort to preserve the dignity of the families we serve, the project is dedicated to meeting the immediate needs, such as health and nutrition, as well as building capacity for self - sufficiency.

This is a long term project and we will continue to offer this support to the families until they become self sufficient or the government applies a more effective social protection programme.
